This is a page for viewing and converting Terraria's OTX files.
OTX files are the texture files used for the 3ds versions of Terraria.
All files are decoded locally, no data is transferred to a server.
The ETC1 algorithm seems to produce better results then Rohul1997's implementation.
However it is way slower it can take multiple minuets to convert larger images.
